2024 Dinner Series – Brazilian Feast

Chef Jeffrey Zervas kicks off The Cotton Mansion 2024 Summer Dinner Series with a Brazilian BBQ!
More than 400 years ago cattle ranching was introduced to the Rio Grande do Sul region of Brazil. Cowboys, called Gauchos, herded these cattle, and like the cowboys of Texas, created a new style of cooking. They called it Churrasco, which is a Brazilian barbecue way of cooking.
The Cotton Mansion along with Chef Jeffrey Zervas is excited to bring this uniquely Brazilian experience to Duluth. Now that the weather has warmed we are excited to be moving outside! Set in the side lawn of the mansion, our Brazilian Feast will feature five courses with paired cocktails.
The menu includes five Brazilian prepared courses featuring breads, seafood, meats, vegetables, fruits and more. Each of the five courses comes with a paired cocktail (or mocktail if prefered) for you to enjoy. This is an exclusive, one of a kind dining experience at The Cotton Mansion.
