Love is in the air, and Bookstore Romance Day is coming. The Day is a celebration of Romance fiction – its writers and readers – that takes place in independent bookstores on the third Saturday in August.
At Zenith Bookstore we are thrilled to host Duluth indigenous author Tashia Hart who will be presenting her new romance novel Native Love Jams. She will be signing books at the store from 1-3 pm.
Native Love Jams is a debut work of contemporary romance by Tashia Hart, author of The Good Berry Cookbook: Harvesting and Cooking Wild Rice and Other Wild Foods.
Zenith Bookstore will also be bringing back our popular Blind Date With a Book. Get a hand-wrapped book, curated by your loving Zenith booksellers, and tagged with intriguing clues. Includes a bar of delicious artisan chocolate.

As the village of Rainy Bay works out the kinks in their first Indigenous Food Days, Winnow Hart works out the kinks in her love life. Hired to forage and cook for the festival, Winnow arrives in the rural Minnesota community to find her host Niigaanii, is as annoyingly attractive as he is unwelcoming. Can Winnow and Niigaanii pull thorns from the past and harvest the love they find in a berry patch?
