CCAR Adoption Event

Visit Carlton County Animal Rescue (CCAR) at PetSmart in Duluth and meet our adoptable animals. CCAR is a registered 501(c)(3), and all adoptable animals will be spayed/neutered, have all age-appropriate vaccinations, and be microchipped.
