Congdon Mansion District Walking Tour

Join us on a stroll through the historic Congdon neighborhood of Duluth, where you’ll learn about the rich history and architecture of this charming area.
Our tour begins on the grounds of the Salyards Mansion, (2617 E 3rd St) at 10:30 AM. From there we will weave through the neighborhood exploring beautiful homes and hearing fascinating stories about the people who once lived in these homes and were instrumental in building Duluth. We will get an inside look into 3 of these spectacular homes with coffee and tea provided at each location.
