Cyr and the Cosmonauts at Ursa Minor

Cyr and the Cosmonauts perform eclectic Americana music that packs tight vocal harmonies and explosive dynamics across a spectrum of musical genres. Their eccentric, original songs feature probing lyrics and search for the cosmos hidden in the chaos. Bandleader/songwriter Eric Cyr is a previous winner of Wussow’s songwriter contest. Cyr and the Cosmonauts have released two full length albums, 2018’s Callused and 2021’s Songs to Sing Before We’re Dead, which “rumbles and clatters like a souped-up hearse with Hank Williams behind the wheel” (Mark Nicklawske review for The North).
