The kidnapping of Jacob Wetterling (October 22, 1989) rocked Minnesota to our core. When Jacob’s remains were found in 2016 it was crushing to nearly every Minnesotan who ever held out hope. For years people wanted to know how Patty Wetterling found the strength to go on and hold out hope for Jacob. Dear Jacob: A Mother’s Journey of Hope, co-authored with Joy Baker, will finally tell the story of the Wetterling family – and why Jacob’s story still matters. Patty and Joy will visit Duluth for their only Duluth appearance. Tickets will be sold at two price levels. One person and one copy of the book is $30.00. Two people, one copy of the book is $35.00.
