6:45-7:00 pm: quiet meditation, warm-up, stretching etc.
7:00 pm Opening Circle, followed by 80-90 minute Dance
We recommend coming for the Opening Circle, and the full playlist with slow starting pace, for the full dance experience

Ecstatic Dance is an opportunity to move to music however you feel inspired, in a non-guided, non-judgmental, sober (but not somber) space with other humans doing the same. We gather to move (or not move, if your body feels like being still sometimes) on a beautiful, spacious wood dance floor, to an eclectic 80-ish-minute playlist (different for each dance) that starts slow, revs up to a peak and then slows back down at the end.
Guidelines
To keep this container safe for all, we ask that you please:
1. Limit conversation on the dance floor, (non-word vocalizing is welcome!)
2. Be sober
3. Dance barefoot, or with non-street shoes
4. Respect others’ boundaries
5. No cell phone use in the dance space
