The American Indian Community Housing Organization is pleased to announce that we will host once-a-week drum practice sessions for those of you who want to learn songs and connect with community. Community members can dance and polish up their side-step moves. Women can practice back up singing. All ages are welcome.
These sessions will be a safe, inclusive, fun and respectful space for our Gimaajii Mino Bimaadizimin Drum, our drum traditions, and each other.
Sessions will be led by Sugarbush Drum Group lead Brian Stillday and will happen on Thursdays from 5 pm – 6:30 pm starting October 10 through March 6 at AICHO.
