Mommy and Me Yoga at Warrior Brewing

Join Emily (Emily B Yoga) and her daughter Berit for a 30-45 minute mommy and me yoga class, followed up with a drink of choice for mom and a soda for kid! All big/little combos are welcome.  Cost is $25, $5 extra per child.

This class will be interactive and entertaining.  Bond with your child through movement, setting a good active example for your child. They will love spending the time with you and learning kid-friendly yoga poses.
