From a career of late 50s, early 60s rockabilly and ballads to Roy’s 1980s resurgence, and songs of the Traveling Wilburys like Handle With Care, You’re Not Alone Anymore and End Of The Line. Roy’s legendary friendships included Johny Cash, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, George Harrison, Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne of ELO and Bob Dylan, among others. Elvis said that Roy had “The greatest voice in the world.” David K shares tidbits of Roy’s sometimes tragic and more often jubilant history, throughout the show. Having traveled the nation with this show, David K returns to Duluth near where his father was born in Cromwell, and where his dad attended college at UMD.
