Learn how to grow ingredients for a great salsa and enjoy a sampling of many different salsas. The program includes gardening and preserving presentations, salsa sampling, a salsa contest, and pressure gauge testing. Participants will receive a copy of this year’s Garden Fest Recipe Book and Resource Guide.
