Join us for a restorative snowshoeing experience on the beautiful Makwa Ziibiins Miikana (Bear Creek Trail). This improved compact-gravel trail offers an easy, scenic outing along Bear Creek and Allouez Bay. The route includes multiple small wooden crossings, boardwalks, and two large wooden bridges, perfect for a peaceful winter walk and good conversation.
The trail begins at Bear Creek Park, near the intersection of East 2nd Street and Moccasin Mike Road near the Humane Society of Douglas County.
We will meet near the Bear Creek Park in the parking lot area.
Whether you come alone or with a friend, we’ll enjoy winter together—#BetterTogether.
