About Boomtown Duluth: BoomTown is an upscale casual restaurant with an in-house brewery. The name pays homage to the area’s rich mining heritage and the hard-working folks who, only a little over a century ago, carved out the small towns with big dreams dotted along Minnesota’s Iron Range.
