The second annual Miles for the Mission 5K is an open-to-the-public fundraising and awareness event hosted by Union Gospel Mission, inviting the community to come together in compassion and solidarity.
Beginning at Leif Erickson Park and finishing at Bent Paddle Brewing Co. with a raffle and post-race gathering, this 5K represents the long and often cold, daily journey many unhoused neighbors make to access shelter and food.

~ Who Can Participate: Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities
~ Purpose: Raise critical funds and awareness for Union Gospel Mission’s essential programs
Held during one of Duluth’s coldest month, this event is more than a race, it’s an opportunity to walk or run with purpose, stand alongside those facing homelessness, and make a meaningful local impact.
